Delicious 😋 I made mine with Soya mylk. It is very sweet but not as sweet as other brands on the market here in South Africa. I bought this from the Azteca Mexican Foods online store. Every year during winter, they host a spicy hot chocolate tasting, and every year, I make plans, but miss is. So, this year, I was determined to have my own. I may have gone a little overboard, especially by buying the molinillo, which is much bigger than I expected. Anyway, long story short, the bar is quite big. I used a quarter bar for 1 cup of soya mylk. It was perfect for my taste. Shout out to Azteca Mexican Foods for having such a great range of vegan products available.

This brand is the most traditional one in Mexico to prepare “chocolate” The main ingredients are cocoa powder and sugar. 🤓 Cacao is produced by the tree -Theobroma cacao- it is not 100% clear where was the origin and domestication center but for sure was in some parts of Mesoamerica. Tabasco in Mexico is a place where some people believe was firstly used. The process is long first the seeds need to be fermented, roasted and ground. Here in Mexico you can prepare the chocolate with water or mylk. Here I diluted the tablet in hot water 🤩 it was delicious 🤤 #abillionlove #ditchdairy #adioslacteos #nerdyfact
