Amazing plant based ground made from pea š« protein and mushrooms š by Abbot's ButcherĀ !! I love the flavor and seasoning is spot on! SautĆ©ed and topped on tostadas with mashed beans, homemade pico de gallo and avocado! We later added a little hot sauce because you all know #welikeitspicy !
I so appreciate #cleaningredients list and how #proteinpacked per 1/2 cup (18g)!! Also low in fat with almost no saturated fat! Iron rich too! Another win win for Abbots!

I LOVE this!! Really REALLY good. I browned it a bit with olive oil, onionsĀ and garlic then tossed it in, simmered with a little white wine, added sautĆ©ed mushrooms then served it over Palmini hearts of palm linguini (which is amazing), some Lucini tomato sauce, grated some
Violife Parmesan, and presto! Just delish!

Iāll admit that this is not as good as impossible meat or even beyond, butĀ I like the ārealā ingredients and it was tasty enough in nachos (and, I would imagine, tacos, etc.). I wish I liked it more.
