Questo è uno yogurt di cocco 🥥 🥣e vaniglia che ho acquistato per curiosità l’altra
sera al supermercato!
In precedenza , sempre della stessa azienda , avevo assaggiato la versione cocco 🥥 semplice, ma non mi aveva entusiasmata !

Non mi è dispiaciuto , ma non mi ha nemmeno entusiasmata !
Percepisco sempre quel retrogusto acidulo , tipico dello yogurt di cocco , che mi da abbastanza fastidio alla lunga !
Quindi per attenuare quel tipo di sapore , ho bisogno di camuffarlo un po’ ..
•Poi c’è anche da dire che lo yogurt di cocco 🥥 ha pochissime proteine rispetto al suo rivale vegetale : la soia. 🤔🤔🤔
E per me , 𝑙𝑒 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑡𝑒𝑖𝑛𝑒 , diventano fondamentali , poiché pratico sport ad alta intensità !

First thoughts when tasting this yoghurt? This is DESSERT not yoghurt 😂🍨
It is creamy
and delicious … just very sweet. So absolutely perfect as a sweet topping on fresh fruit (or maybe even with a pavlova?) for dessert, but not ideal for breakfast or a healthy snack. I ended up mixing a spoon of it with less-sweet vegan yoghurt, and that worked out well 👌
