Alghe fritte, che bontà!! Le ho amate molto. Mi hanno ricordato la frittura di gamberi

che mangiavo prima di diventare vegana. Con l’aggiunta di un po’ di aceto gli ha dato uno sprint in più anche se preferisco le classiche. Straconsiglio per uno snack o aperitivo. Peccato che le confezioni sono tropo piccole, ma sappiamo che le alghe vanno mangiate con moderazione.

snack when out or with dinner!
