Came across these Ramen like noodles and had to give them a try. The sauce
imparts a sesame umami flavor. Very nice. Would be great with a few sauteed veggies added.

Quick to whip up and I like the texture of the noodles. The flavor packet
is pretty plain. This makes a great base for adding veggies and tofu.

First time I had this, I wasn't very impressed with the thin noodles and was
just ok with the overall taste. But the more I had these, the more they rubbed off on me! This is a 12-pack I got at Costco's. I've only made this when I'm in a hurry, so I never add much, other then frozen veggies, chopped green onions, or kimchee, but I imagine this would make a very hearty meal with some more stir-fry veggies. I've also had this as is, with just the sauce pack it comes with, and it's still very satisfying. I would definitely get this again.
