This is an excellent product! It has a very similar texture to tuna and tastes

This is a plant based tuna I found out about this a while ago from
earthling Ed’s channel and I tried it and at first I thought the texture was a bit weird with pasta and I tried it again on a jacket potato and I really like it.
But I feel like it is one of those things you either love it or hate it :)

I LOVE this and have bought all of them at the Kennesaw Whole Foods because
they were on sale. Great on a salad or mixed with vegan mayonnaise and dill for toona salad sandwich

Good Catch fish free vegan tuna is an amazing vegan tuna. It is high
in healthy protein and has a great flavor. I like to mix with mayo, onion and pickles for a perfect sandwich or make a tuna melt with it. When I went vegan I thought tuna was something I had to give up but thanks to Good Catch I can still have all my favorite tuna recipes
