Tastes pretty good but not particularly fishy, closer to chicken maybe. And mushy even though I fried it as suggested. These are gluten-free as a plus.. The Gardein fishless filets are superior in texture and taste, and remind me of the fish sticks with which I grew up.

This was good, but not quite as good as the Gardein fishless filets. I cooked these in the air fryer, and they came out really good. I enjoyed mine on toasted bread with cabbage slaw and pickles.
