These vegan shrimps are creepy in texture and taste. I had a hard time eating

these because they reminded me too much of shrimp. They’re also very expensive. I made a garlic lemon pasta with vegan parmesean and it was great!

I made crispy Panko breaded fried shrimp. This stuff looks so much like real shrimp.

I've never eaten actual shrimp before but have been told this tastes very similar. It's kind of like very stiff Jello. I really like it. Next time I'm going to try making coconut shrimp with it.
