I was really looking forward to trying this but ended up disappointed. The chocolate coating was great – rich and exactly what you’d expect from Magnum. But the ice cream inside just didn’t work for me. It had an odd aftertaste that threw the whole thing off.

Daughter asked for dessert the other day since she's been indulging of late with her dad, so we revisited this classic vegan chocolate-dipped vanilla pop from Magnum, which we haven't had since the Covid-19 years (it's been a while!). This was FANTASTIC. Magnum's really got this down to a pat - taste and texture were both on point, with the dark chocolate balancing out the so soft, almost-melty vanilla ice cream core nicely. What an absolute indulgence! Of course this was #kidapproved - daughter said it's better than her favourite Haagen Dazs since it is #crueltyfree.
I am so so glad that non-coconut based vegan #icecream exists! These are pea-protein based (rest assured, no pea taste). Lovely crackly chocolate coating. Fluffy ice cream insides. Basically a vanilla cloud packaged up in sweet chocolate. These are my second favourite magnum, after the sea salt caramel 😁.
The magnificent magnums. What a delightful #vegan treet they sure are. Covered in a crisp chocolate covering a smooth mellow vanilla ice cream suprise. They also offer other flavours good to try them all. Can’t believe we found these in Poundland for £1! We got as many as we could fit in the freezer 🤣 obviously delicious and didn’t last long!
