This has a great texture, and was absolutely reminiscent of my pre-veg days! This one

was packed in oil, I am hopeful I can find a water packed version! One with celery, the other with celery & sprouts. Heavy dose of #veganaise

I have mixed feelings about this stuff. I made a toona salad out of it.

It’s was ok, but not awesome. Part of me liked it, but another part of me made me feel like I was eating cat food. 🤷🏼‍♀️🐈🐟 #toona #roosterredemption
