These are nice but I feel like there are lots of flavours going on, I'm not really sure how to describe the taste. The white chocolate is also hard to notice/taste because of this :( however they are nice little snacks and something different. Quite coconutty if you like that!
These nut truffle cakes are delicious. You get 4 small slices in a pack for £1.99 from Lidl.
Oh my gosh! My favourite flavour of these so far. I normally wouldn’t buy these at their retail price if £3.50, but I’ve managed to try all of their flavours reduced. Sainsburys often have plenty of these if you go in mid-week in the evening. I really love the flavour combinations of this brand and the ingredients are also relatively healthy for a cake-based treat. They are coated in a thin layer of hard chocolate, beneath that there is a rich, soft chocolate layer, a bit like a hardened version of melted chocolate, and the cake base is possibly my favourite bit- soft, moist & sweet. The three tiered texture works really well in my opinion and their flavour combinations are amazing. These are perfect to treat yourself to if you haven’t got round to baking something of your own and fancy something sweet and chocolatey.
Wouldn't really say these were worth it at the price. Quite coconut-y slices with a moist cake section topped with white chocolate, not as nice as I was expecting though
