So good! Looks, smells and tastes like Parmesan. I love that it comes in a
tub and it melts nicely. Made eggplant parm and it came out sooooo good. I’m really good at making cutlets, soups and pies. My recipe is to dredge in bread flour then Just Egg or flax egg and then panko. All steps are seasoned with salt, pepper and oregano. Fried in a mix of olive and avocado oils. Delicious!!!
