Wow! I was so amazed at how delicious this vegan parm was, this is literally perfect for any pasta dish, it melts fairly quickly as well which I really like, also it is priced very decent!

I have this a try since they were out of Follow Your Heart, and I’m glad I did! Tastes and melts great, and it’s a slightly larger tub for roughly the same price.
I was really hopeful of this but it’s not for me. I have yet to find a good Parmesan substitute. The best so far is a homemade cashew/nutritional yeast recipe but it’s far from what I hope to find. The way this is shredded is super nice and useful for throwing on pasta or whatever but I can’t get past the taste. Shame because the price point is great.
So far, I’ve tried so many Whole Foods 365 Vegan products and they do not disappoint! Usually priced lower than the name brand and just as good. First time trying this shredded parm and I love it!
