I personally love tomato juice and this Mott’s tomato juice is a great choice. It is 100% juice. I always order it on plane flights if it’s available.

I’m an infrequent flyer, but when I’m on a plane, I always request #tomato juice. I swear, this thick, savory elixir has some sort of restorative power that helps me to adjust time zones and shrug off the stress of long security lines and unexpected delays. I love the tangy and umami-rich flavor, too, and I’ve even seen articles claiming that it tastes better at altitude. Those minding their sodium intake may find it a bit salty, but otherwise I think it’s a filling and fairly wholesome #juice with simple ingredients and loads more nutrients than other in-flight offerings. Definitely recommend — in my humble opinion, it’s the best thing you can order in the air. . . . And that’s a wrap on Oahu! We now return to the regularly scheduled program of lazy vegan cooking and Bay Area bites.

This was like tomato pasta sauce but less thick, still I found it quite concentrated for a drink. Was glad to have a drink that is healthy and not sweet on a plane.
