Came across these new zero meat & plantbased products from @thedinkyshop ! Decided to give it a try! The recommended cooking method is either Airfryer or pan fry them but I want to try using toaster oven because I don’t have airfryer and don’t want to fry because it will make my kitchen oily. Toaster oven cooking method: Mini Vegan Cutlet - the outer layer are not cooked or turn brownish. The inner “meat” aren’t cooked thou it is still edible. The “meat” taste like soy protein and texture is like mash potatoes. No “cutlet” taste at all. Toasted a bit longer to 20 mins at 230 Degrees Celsius than the nugget but nothing changes inside or outside, just a bit warmer when you eat. Pan frying method with oil: Vegan mini cutlet - the outer layer turn brownish fast and the inner “meat” take a while to be cooked. The texture and taste are like soy protein and mashed potatoes Final Review: The Vegan Mini Cutlet is a bit disappointing that it taste like fried potato croquettes. . . . . #vegan #veganfood #veganfoodshare #veganfoodlovers #veganfoodie #koreanveganfood #koreanvegan #veganminicutlet #vegechickennugget #plantbased #plantbasedfood #koreanplantbasedfood #plantbasedfoods #sgplantbased #sgplantbasedliving #singaporeplantbased #sgvegan #sgveganfood
