Lao Gan Ma is seen/used everywhere in Asian food, I feel like you can’t avoid them and they rly established themselves in this Chili oil market. This is the black beans version. Their different products may look the same at the front but there is quite a number of variants!! So look carefully 👀 #veganisnotscary

I eat it with everything. Spicy, strong and favourful. Very cheap,can buy in supermarket.
Not exactly the healthiest but this goes with everything. Comes in a glass container too so I just reuse that for dry bulk ingredients. Ingredients: Soybean Oil, Fermented Soybean (Soybean, Water, Salt), Chilli, MSG and Sugar
