I saw this anima.dk ad today at Rådhuspladsen next to city hall in Copenhagen. It’s addressing Coop which is a discount grocery chain whose motto is “The right way to save”. The ad shows suffering, disfigured broiler hens and asks Coop, “Is this the right way to save?”

Even as a vegan I felt confronted by the images in the context of everyday life in a public square. I can only hope that stores and omnivores will feel some heat.
