Banana oat pancakes topped with chia seed berry jam. 😍 Nothing beats waking up to the aromatic smell of freshly made pancakes, a perfect staple on slow weekend mornings. You only need bananas, chia seeds, frozen berries, oats, and 30 minutes. Voila!
Chia seeds are known to be one of the best plant-based sources of omega-3 fatty acids; sprinkle some in your food and drinks for extra fiber and protein. 190 grams of fine oats
1 tbsp flax seeds
230 ml dairy-free milk of choice (I used oat)
2 super ripe bananas
2-3 tbsp maple or agave syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
