This is exactly how I felt too! The noodles may not look good, but, surely tastes good! Working with your hands and creating food is something very different from food that is machine made. It has the warm of your hands and love from your heart ❤️ 

Handmade noodles. I respect all the noodle makers, it's so tough to make noodles. Not to mention the mess you make and cleanup to do😬 These are ugly but tasty though. Made with unbleached All purpose flour, little salt and water. You can add simple seasoning of light soy sauce, black vinegar, chilli oil and sugar(optional).
