Every year, almost 2 million newborn calves are killed in the dairy industry. MILKED follows activist, Chris Huriwai, as he takes on the giants of New Zealand’s most powerful industry. His journey exposes not only the sustainability crisis and the dangerous denial of impending agricultural disruption, but also what New Zealand and other countries can do to change their fate.

The film includes interviews with renowned ethologist, Dr. Jane Goodall, and Cowspiracy co-director, Keegan Kuhn. Academy Award-winning director James Cameron says the film is a “powerful wake-up call that the world is getting MILKED.”
