I haven't had a Beyond product before but these were not bad. The texture was nice, no sausage film, but was a little salty tasting. Went nice on toast. I appreciate the fact they are made with pea protein.

I found these to leave a rather salty aftertaste while eating. I also am not really a fan of sausages with the film casing, which these have. I don't think I would buy them again.
