I’m not a huge fan of vegan cheeses (I prefer nutritional yeast), but my mom bought this when I visited and I loved it! The flavor and consistency was great. Will definitely be a new staple in our house

The flavor was pleasantly great. I’m a gochujang addict so that helps :)
The texture is what I imagine fatty beef to taste like so it wasn’t super pleasant. I would love it to have a bit more chewy texture to it. Otherwise it’s great!

This is one of my favorite vegan Mac and cheeses! It’s a tofu base and absolutely divine. I added peas, mushrooms and a vegan sausage.

One of my favorite vegan burger joints! Mainly because I LOVE the milkshakes. We got the cookies n cream and peanut better 🥹
The chikn burger with tempeh bacon is great - I’m still holding out for a better vegan ranch though.

I dream about the Dan Dan noodles! There’s been some confusion on their physical menu and the online about what’s vegan, but I had it clarified in person. The vegetable potstickers are cooked well but a bit bland - so I add a lot of chili oil/vinegar/ginger/soy sauce. I also love the (not pictured) cucumber dish!
