Ghormeh Sabzi is an Iranian herb stew. I had this when I had a business trip in Bahrain. A local friend brought me here, the vegan stew is just soooo delicious!

Soland is definitely a hidden gem in Central! It is in one of the old buildings, one of my friends took me there, otherwise I wouldn't be able to find it. The food is home-cooked, and fresh ingredients, and pretty cheap, only HKD55!
