Oyster mushrooms in a crispy coating with safron aioli.. they were tasty but a bit on the chewy side

Charred mini stuffed peppers with whipped vegan feta, lime, pomegranate molasses and mint.. so yummy

Roasted artichoke hearts with courgettes, walnuts, pomegranate and lime oil... incredible
