Yummy! Great texture and taste. This place has so many vegan options. I'd say about 50% of the menu either is already vegan or can easily be veganised by talking to the server.

They have 4 Vegan rolls: the Sweet Potato, the Vegan, the Veghead and the Shroom. My fav is the Vegan, but the other two are close seconds! Best part? Happy hour M-F, 4-6pm: rolls are $4! I go hear once a week!
