Lemony-Gingery Tofu with Cabbage and Mushrooms
I kinda randomly put together these ingredients and the dish turned out to be really good so I thought I'd share!

Un gusto veramente unico, l'acidità del melograno si sposa perfettamente con le melanzane e le noci. Ristorante super consigliato

This was a vegan cheeseburger with a vegan haggis fritter, tomatoes, pickles, and chips served with a sort of ketchup (but sweeter?).

Made of aubergine, sweet potato, and butternut squash. It was amazing 🥰 also the fermented ginger in the salad was a nice surprise

Very interesting flavour! It reminded me of some sort of mozzarella flavour with coconut and siracha on top
