My non-vegan friends agree on how fantastic this product is. I was blown away the first time I tried it. Texture and flavor are great. Nutrition isn’t because it’s ice cream but the ingredients are clean.

Nothing particularly special, tastes like seitan, but it is genuinely good and high protein. I love putting it in tacos/taco salad
