These were the first vegan kievs I ever had (stuff like this wasnât available when I first went vegan) and I loved them and still do.
There are other supermarket ones available but these are still #myfavourite

I made scarpaccia yesterday and it was so easy.
I got some free courgettes (zucchini) so thought it looked interesting.
Just courgettes, onion, salt, pepper, flour, polenta and olive oil.
It was delicious and even hubby more
This protein bar is so much better than the #Tribe one.
Itâs a chocolate covered bar, and it tastes good to me.
Had it after this morningâs swim, filled the gap till lunchtime.

Iâve bought some protein bars as I think I maybe need a bit of a boost.
I swim and run, and I think having one of these afterwards may help, so this was my post swim bar yesterday.

These are Aldiâs version of Shredded wheat and they taste just the same.
Itâs been so long since Iâve had anything like this and they were good!

Iâve started using this new toothpaste from Superdrug and I really like it.
Last time I went to the dentist he said my gums looked better so thatâs a plus.
And itâs vegan friendly

I bought this in the supermarket at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.
First time using it, I added it to my #lidl gnocchi and it melted brilliantly. Went into a creamy mix.
And it tasted pretty good too ð

Found this on the shelves at my local Lidl so bought two packs
It doesnât taste of spinach but itâs good to know itâs in there and I love the colour.
Added it to a load of vegetables and some vegan cheese along with some more
