Tasty! Very very similar to Osaka style okonomyaki. Seaweed gives a lot of fish-taste, so be sure you like it! 😉

Dehydrated sauce for pasta or whatever else needs a boost in taste (try it with tofu to give it an italian twist). You just have to quickly rehydrate it in a pan with some liquid more
