Essence is available in some watson stores, more than half is labelled vegan. Very affordable ($29). This is in 03 medium brown and it's a warmer brown. Pretty long-lasting which is what I'm looking for.

Delicious and nutritious legume for your soups, curry and buddha bowl.

Chia seed is a stable in the pantry for egg substitute and pudding. And rich in omega-3 too! Unfortunately I can't afford the buy bulk chia seed in HK.. too expensive. Had to opt for buying it from iherb instead.

Available in Parknshop. It appears to be vegan and gluten-free (though it doesn't specify as such). It's very affordable (hkd $19), and much cuter than its dairy cereal counterparts??

It's a good addition to your pre-workout or breakfast if you want some gains! I use protein powder sparingly, relatively more economical and convenient than cooking up protein heavy meals every day.
This is much better more

This is from their CNY vegan pastries gift set. Their vegan shop locates at Cheung Sha Wan I believe. Doesn't actually taste eggy but overall puffy and sweet xd

Fair trade organic whole peppercorns from Cambodia Kampot.

Look at those cauliflowers so big and vibrant! Just so good to have them for cauliflower rice, wings, or simply roasted.. 🔥🤤

Locally grown veggies are more pricey but def worth it if you have a bit more budget. Their farmers market is on every Wednesday and Sunday. There are other local farms too, and many vegetables, bread and fruit!

They offer paper bags and also have containers that were donated by other customers. This little glass one is the one she gave me. The oregano smells so good!
