First time seeing vegetarian version of kambing soup. Soup is smooth and rich with mushroom-based “mutton” pieces. Not sure what’s used to make the soup (a blend of probably herbs/nuts) but it tastes good!

Nice soothing porridge with soft peanuts and crispy seaweed and fried “fish”

Looks good, tastes good - noodles are chewy, sauce is made of black bean paste and mushroom. Mock fish seemed a little out of place.

So-so, the plant-based egg tastes like a mixture with flour.
