I’ve noticed with the new products from Alpro that they don’t use the name milk or yogurt. Perhaps this is only in the Netherlands as I checked and a Dutch court ruled to ban Alpro from using misleading names such as yoghurt more
A new plant based milk from Alpro which is normally my go to. This has a high amount of protein as well as added calcium. Also a source of B12 and D2 plus gluten free and low in sugar.

I was looking for a pair of flip flops and did a search and found out that Ipanema make vegan ones. There is a nice selection of colours and different styles. I decided on the traditional style in subtle glitter on the band. more

A vegan toasted sandwich with vegan cheese, rucola, avocado, tomato, pesto and caramelised onion. The bread is wholemeal and the dish is served with a small salad. The cheese had melted really well and no taste overpowered, more
Tandoori flavoured vegan pieces made from soy and wheat protein. They are a source of fibre with added iron and B12. I’m not a fan of some of the substitutes for chicken pieces but these tasted nice and the texture was good. more
A nice creamy vegan mayonnaise which is very similar to regular mayonnaise. Great for sandwiches or chips. Of course it does have the fat but everything in moderation 😊
A rich chocolate cookie filled with gooey peanut butter topped with sprinkles of peanuts and chocolate chips. Very moist and soft so it’s a bit crumbly but oh so delicious and very more-ish. The cookie is also gluten free more
A seasoned Mexican mix of kidney beans and vegetables to be used for a burrito dish. I added some extra veggies but it’s not necessary. Delicious served with either rice or tortillas with vegan sour cream. Such an easy meal more
