I simply love it. Farinata Is easy and quick to make but it's better to make it some hours in advance to let it rest. This is perfect when you crave farinata and it's late ☺️

I found it here in Malta and I couldn't resist. I put some hand made vegan cheese, some olives, and rocket. It was literally fantastic. It takes a few minutes in the oven.

I usually don't like green tea. I like this and it was also on offer at Lidl. I gave it a try and I'll buy it again.

I ordered this vegetarian panuozzo without mozzarella. It was really good. They don't have loads of vegan options on the menu but at least there is the sign vegan and it's weird to find it in an Italian restaurant.
