Ok in this type of tofu there is always a percentage of salt
That is normal but it is very tasty: I cook vegan amatriciana using that one. Extremely appreciated also by non vegan parents :)

The texture is great, the packaging is convenient and practical if you want to cut it in sticks. In each pack there are 2 separate pieces. Recommended!
Fresh sorbetto bergamotto flavour
I bought it in Eataly store. I like the fact that in the list of the ingredients, sugar was only third after the bergamotto juice.

Very good product. It’s handmade tempeh, GMO free and from organic sustainable farming. Family business.
The package is part made of plastic and part made of paper, the paper is 100% recycled and fully recyclable and biodegradable.
Whole wheat noodles, good but don’t cook 4 minutes as indicated. 3 is enough!
Not easy to find pampers which are eco friendly and absorbent.
The factory is carbon neutre and the cellulose is FSC certified.
