Found this vegan Mi Goreng recipe on Pinterest from The Foodie Takes Flight. 
I've tried packet Mi Goreng before but didn't really like it. Thought I'd give it another try though with a homemade version. 
And I'm glad I did! 
This was so freaking delicious! I wanted 2nds but thought I better save some for lunch tomorrow 🤣

This brownie is absolutely delicious! It's super moist and tastes just as good, if not better, than regular brownies! Absolutely would recommend this to my chocolate- loving family. 
I've gone from eating a bag of m&ms at least twice a week, to having a square of this as my daily treat. 
Do yourself a favour and give it a try if you haven't already!

Tonights dinner is actually from day 4 of the #veganeasychallenge 
Finally got around to making the Spinach and Pine Nut Rolls! 
I ran out of oil for the veg by the time I got to putting everything in the oven, so I melted some Nuttelex and stirred in a little maple syrup to drizzle over the top. Omg. The whole meal was delish (served with a little tomato chutney for the rolls), AND I've got plenty of leftovers for lunch tomorrow 😁 #winning

I'm not a fan of bananas so I chose to make blueberry pancakes instead. Mm mm mmmmmmmm

Sticky Sesame Chickpeas with brown rice, broccoli and capsicum 🤤
Found the recipe on Pinterest for the #veganeasychallenge 
I added fresh capsicum because it just adds to the delicious flavours. 
Highly recommend! Sauce would work beautifully with tofu or plant based "chicken". Yummmmm
