New vegan dish from Udon: Corral Vegan Yaki Udon with vegan "fried chicken" from Heura on top. The noodles were very tasty and the fried chicken on top was also a very nice detail and well cooked. Best vegan dish at Udon, in my opinion
Very tasty. Since there was no cheese, butter or egg, it kind of was not a "risotto" anymore, but only a vegetable rice. Still, it was pretty good.
I suggest trying to make this dish with vegetable alternatives to butter more
