Mini stuffed Provençal vegetables with vegetables caviars for dipping. A dish inspired by the region using local produce. The dish consists of a potato, courgette and potato stuffed with vegetables. Very good indeed, great flavours and so well presented. This restaurant has such inspiring dishes.
