Organic ancient tomatoes marinated in garrigue, roasted tomato pulp, homemade red or orange tomato sorbet. Again a wonderfully presented dish that although it was all tomatoes still managed to remain balanced I think because of the sorbet. I had never heard of garrigue oil. Garrigue is a bushy vegetation that grows in poor limestone forests soils around the Mediterranean.
The restaurant is cosy but the food is definitely posh 😊 but I wanted to take my husband somewhere nice for his birthday.
