Featuring a thick fried battered soy 'chicken' cutlet that was crunchy and juicy without a strong mock meat aftertaste; it left my non-veg companion questioning me whether this was truly a vegetarian eatery. 🍗😂 Drizzled with Thai chilli sauce which was piquant with notes of lemongrass, as well as served with creamy vegan mayonnaise dip on the side. 🌶️ The rice bowl also came with shredded cucumber, lettuce, and scrambled tofu 'egg' which my companion surprisingly enjoyed despite usually disliking tofu. 🥒🥬🍳 Nice complimentary clear soup too, reminiscent of 'chicken rice soup'!
