New dish launched for National Day, albeit without much direct relevance to local cuisine hahaha. 🇸🇬 White rice topped with #meatzero 'minced meat' stir-fried with basil and chilli, crowned with a crispy #plantegg fried 'egg' from Taiwan. 🌶️🍳 Optional garlic and onion chips added more depth in flavour too. Super tasty and fragrant, highly reminiscent of Thai Pad Krapow which I used to love! ($11.90, allium-free option available) #sgvegan #vietnamese #womenowned #minorityowned
