Chilled sweet, savoury, and spicy salad with grilled seitan 'chicken', crunchy shredded raw vegetables and unripe papaya, mixed herbs, plus a shower of chopped roasted peanuts in a tangy citrus lime and cut chilli dressing. 🥗🍗🥜 If I'm not wrong, this side is a smaller version of the Eat The Rainbow salad!
