The second dessert item of the weekly menu was this #smoothie drink based on #avocado and #pineapple. Other ingredients included #banana, #agavesyrup and #almondmilk. It was smooth and creamy, but the pineapple got a bit lost in the mix, with banana dominating the flavor profile. It wasn't too sweet, just right! And kudos for the presentation with coconut lining the rim of the glass (thank goodness they provided paper straws, as I'm not a coconut lover), toasted #almond and a beautiful #pansy #edibleflower.
The 5-course menu changes weekly at this 100% vegan restaurant and is priced at 32,90€ which includes one beverage. Reservations required!
