Uniquely Jamaican / Carribbean-style dish! Plantain rice topped with ire ackee fruit and shredded banana blossom prepared in a dried saltfish style. 🐟 Strong buttery savoury taste, albeit slightly greasy. Stir-fried with other vegetables such as broccoli and eggplant, and came with a side salad too. 🥦🍆🥗 Would recommend this! (19.90) #netherlands #wholefoodplantbased #wfpb #minorityowned
