Kimchi hotpot with springy glass noodles, silken tofu, corn, carrot, as well as assorted mushrooms including shiitake and shimeji. 🫕🌽🥕🍄‍🟫 Simmered in a broth made using their housemade vegan and allium-free kimchi.
