Opted for summer barley salad as well as multigrain and seeds as the 2 bases, soy tempeh steak with arrabbiata as the protein, roasted turmeric cauliflower and grilled zucchini as the 2 vegetables, plus chickpea hummus as the dollop. 🥗🧆 Ridiculously delicious, satiating, and nourishing!
