Beetroot and vegetable cutlets with herbs and spices! The patties had a slightly crisp crust and soft moist interior. Ordered this since beetroot is healthy but not that commonly found in dishes outside; I liked that the beetroot lent a mildly sweet aroma without being overly earthy.
