The taste is similar to other instant noodles, but this has a few organic ingredients and 20g of protein! I made it in a pan and added green beans and bok choy for extra nutrition. A 5 min meal! The sodium is wild though, so I wouldn't buy this often.
I can't count the number of times I've stood in the instant noodles/ramen section of the grocery store looking at interesting flavours and then wasting time skimming the long ingredient list on the back only to be disappointed. I loved that the plant based label was big and bold!
