I got this on sale, thinking that even with the discount, this is still kind of pricey for me, but even though one serving is two links, I only eat one link with other foods, so this is turning out to be a pretty good value for me
It doesn’t really taste like traditional sausages, but it’s still very tasty and a totally appropriate substitute. This is one of the reasons why I think that a vegan lifestyle is so fun, because there are so many different flavors with plants and unique ways to combine them with even more different flavors. I would have never guessed that this is made with apples, which is one of the first few ingredients, which means that there is likely a lot of it. 
It browns very well and with a nice texture. I either enjoy a whole link as is, drizzled with hot sauce, along with a side of pancake, or slice it in half and put in my breakfast sandwich along with Just Egg. I plan on making a Pesto Pizza this weekend and top it with fried thin slices of this.
