An unconventional rendition of the traditional #dessert #buburchacha. It is an #accidentallyvegan dessert that can be found in many countries in Southeast Asia.
They added #banana and #pomegranate. While slightly unusual, they add to the texture. The best part were the chewy sweet potato / yam pieces. The coconut ice cream seems to be the same as the one from other dessert.
