Classic #eggplant #chinesefood, remember to request for #impossiblemeat version for it to be vegan. Fragrant dish that goes well with rice. One of the best dishes from Empress I had that day.

This is the first time I tried impossible meat. The texture is very interesting and it has a slight soy taste. The eggplants were the stars in this saucy dish.

The stonepot is great as it keeps the dish very warm.
